Technology has changed life as we know it. How ironic it is to experience high tech homes, cars, office equipment and entertainment mediums to then sit down at dinner to over processed foods, pesticide filled produce while breathing sub-standard air.

As a technology based botanical enterprise we truly marvel at the technological advances in the science community. However, within the scope of these incredible accomplishments one must step back and assess the cost of such achievements. Not in economic terms, but rather from an ecological perspective. The question in our mind is; are these advances in technology worth the damage to the ozone layer, soil contaminated by heavy metals, use of harmful pesticides, unhealthy air quality, polluted oceans and water supplies. Further, will the sacrifices science and mankind deem acceptable in the name of advancement result in a backlash to our earths ecology?

In our area of research; Plant Biology, Musashi Farms believes new ecologically sound technologies must be developed.

With this in mind we will devote our energies to researching, developing and promoting ecologically sound agricultural solutions which allow the growing of fruits and vegetables in an atmosphere devoid of polluted water, air, pesticides, contaminated soil and harmful fertilizers.

These systems will grow fruits and vegetables in a greenhouse environment utilizing filtered water and air, controlled atmospheric temperatures and the use of natural plant derived fertilizer.

With a rapidly increasing world population and its impact on the quality of life, our concept and focus is a timely measure. Musashi's goal is to improve life at basic levels. Applying simple values which enhance core living standards while keeping in mind "we are what we eat."
